When used for outdoor roofing, the quality requirements of aluminum panels are very high. Professional processing of aluminum roof is the first key point to ensure long-term use. The classification of aluminum roofing is mainly based on surface treatment. Exterior surface treatments for aluminum roofing panels include natural unpainted and painted products.
1. Non-painted products: Hammer-shaped aluminum plate alloy (irregular pattern), embossed aluminum plate alloy (regular pattern formed by physical and mechanical embossing); pre-passivated anodized aluminum plate. The surface of this type of product is not painted, the appearance requirements of the surface are not high, and the price is also low.
2. Coating products: According to the coating process, it is divided into: spraying products and pre-roll coating. According to the type of coating, it can be divided into: polyester, polyurethane, polyamide, modified silicone, epoxy resin, fluorocarbon, etc. The purpose of coating the surface of aluminum roof panels is to prolong the aging time of the coating against sunlight and ultraviolet rays as much as possible. Among the coating materials, PVDF (fluorocarbon coating) has the best anti-aging performance and is the strongest organic compound. According to different quality requirements, the fluorocarbon-coated aluminum roof panel is made of horizontal automatic two-coating and two-baking, three-coating and three-baking, and four-coating and four-baking roller coating process. The resin content of the pre-applied PVDF coating is 70%-80%. Coating is carried out on a high-speed continuous unit by chemical pretreatment, primary coating, finishing coating, etc. The front coating is generally 25μm, and the back is coated with anti-corrosion paint.
